What we liked
- + Julienne setting cuts matchsticks for slaws and stir fries
- + Included gloves help protect fingers from the sharp blade
- + Adjustable design covers several slice thicknesses
Trade-offs
- - Julienne teeth are fiddly to clean after sticky vegetables
